Ginger Lemonade- A Refreshing Summer Cooler

Ginger Lemonade🍹 is a perfect drink for a Summer party!

Ginger and Lemon both have energy-boosting as well as antioxidant effects and when combined together the spiciness of ginger and the sour taste of lemon give it an amazing taste.

INGREDIENTS:

– 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1/3 cup chopped ginger
– 4 teaspoons of powdered sugar
– 2 cups boiling water
– 3 cups of cold water
– Few mint leaves
– Lemon slices
– Ice Cubes

DIRECTION:

 <>Boil chopped ginger in 2 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes.

 <>Remove from heat and cool down for 15 minutes. Strain it equally into 4-cups.

 <>Add lemon juice, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar to one cup and repeat the procedure for the other 3 servings.

 <>Add a few ice cubes and garnish it with mint leaves and sliced lemon.
