This Digital Delivery Policy explains how digital products purchased from Decoding Biosphere are delivered to customers.
1. Digital Product Only
The Environmental Science MCQ book sold on this website is currently available as a digital PDF product. No printed book, parcel or physical shipment is included unless clearly stated on the product page.
2. Delivery Method
After successful payment, the digital product may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Download link on the payment confirmation page
- Email containing the download link
- Access through the payment gateway delivery system
- Manual email delivery if automatic delivery fails
3. Delivery Time
In most cases, the PDF download link should be available immediately after successful payment or within a short time by email.
If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours of successful payment, please contact us with your payment details.
4. No Shipping Charges
Since this is a digital product, there are no shipping charges, courier charges or physical delivery fees.
5. Correct Email Address
Please enter a correct and active email address while making the payment. Decoding Biosphere is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses, inactive email accounts, full inboxes or emails going to spam/junk folders.
6. Download Issues
If the download link does not work, the file does not open, or you face any technical issue, please contact us. We will try to resolve the issue by sending a fresh download link or replacement file.
7. Device Compatibility
The product is provided in PDF format. It can usually be opened on mobile phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers using standard PDF reader applications.
8. Failed or Pending Payment
If your payment is deducted but the order does not show as successful, please contact us with the transaction details. We will verify the payment status and either provide access to the product or guide you regarding refund processing.
